Remodelling any existing building or facility can pose design limitations, meaning some developers can’t fully bring their visions of a better living environment to life. By working from the ground up, Desired Living’s vision can come fully to life with minimal impact on the surrounding agricultural lands.
Parents or Friends Can Also Live with Residents
If a resident wishes to move in with a friend or a parent, they can! Our two-bedroom, 800- and 1,000-square-foot units will include bedrooms and bathroom facilities.

If required, an even cost split ensures equal payments for both occupants, and both equally enjoy Desired Living’s amenities and services. If both parents wish to live with their child, that’s okay too! Additional occupancy in our two- or three-bedroom units is just added to the monthly charge, and all can enjoy Desired Living’s amenities and services equally.
